TEAM EVENT TUESDAY

Team Event Number 2 takes plce Tuesday 22nd March yes that is this Tuesday evening 6.30pm start at Annan Track
schedule is group jog follwed by strides and stretching ready for the 800M Race a short recovery then into a 1500M Race and finally a nice cool down to finish a lovely training session as well as gain some valuable points for your team . . .

Don't worry if you have not been allocated a team I will see to it that you will so your efforts will not be in vain
