Hartfell recc'y run.

OK you were e-mailed, but for anybody I missed are you up for a recc'y run of the Hartfell Horse shoe route this weekend?

At the minunte Sunday morning looking like the best time, but not fixed yet.

Well me and Andy Fairgrieve had a super run today, it was nice and steady via the scenic route, we ran to the Spar water Cave before cutting up to Arthur seat, the weather was outstanding although not too hot as we made a early start. We finished off back at Andy’s for bacon butties and tea.



Great morning running with fantastic views to boot.



Me and Louise recc'ed the Tuesday night run on Saturday we both should be there.
