I'd just like to record my thanks to BIG AL and the ADAC committee for arranging the RAF fly past last night in honour of my birthday - it was an unusual way of blowing the cash reserves of the club but it is appreciated.

It was worth it Andy. The look on your face was priceless.

That pyramid session for Fri would be good.

It adds up to just over the 10km distance which is perfect.

So we need a flattish course of either one or two miles.....................

I hope you had a good day Andy, thanks for the doughnuts they we really welcome after the session Joe put us though.

Personally I think Top Cats should eat far more doughnuts, I tried to get the “most tip top top cat” to eat a few more but she wouldn’t. Perhaps if they scoffed a few more it would slow them down, I think we need “cream cakes” because they are acting like “the cat that got the cream.”

OK - as designated 'course director' for Friday's session the meeting place is NEWINGTON SPORTS CENTRE, Annan.

A nice warm up including course recce then the fun begins.
