Beattock trail run training every Thursday.

Hi all just a reminder that we have a trail training run at Beattock every Thursday night at six o’clock, it is run on the handicap system and we have two routes the beginners which is 3 miles and the intermediate which is five miles, both routes converge for the second half so we have somebody to run with.

Jim is the main man for this, but it will be good training for the next championship event the 10km trail run at Blackwood/Auldgirth.

As ever all are welcome and it is runable in road shoes.
