By now you should be aware of our new novel team competition.

This is made up of all of our members and divided (no not by me) equally so that each team has it's fair share of abilities.

I will post the totals and will email Jim so we can get a mention on the website as well.

I'd just like to make it clear that I wasn't involved in team selection either but so far so good!

Any how as I'm not one to hog all the limelight I'd like to suggest a more suitable team name - Any Distance Any Course (or ADAC for short!)

Unfortunately I won't be able to compete on Thursday so I'm hoping my team can pull out a result - i.e. if Joe tries to pass you give him an elbow into the verge an encouraging word!

It has been noted Andy.

You can't hide anything - I know your tactics now.

Voodoo Magic will be involved and your team is on the hit list !

Hi folks here is an updated and amended ( I made a mistake the first time - so detention for me !) points total for our new team competition.

As you can see we have a clear leading team (Any distance any day).

Team Voodoo are starting to eat into their lead as the black magic starts to work.

Remember it's a team game - the more people you can pack into each event for your team the better your score will be.

Points are added though if you only have two runners (10pts) or only one male runner (10pts).

So get out there to the next event.

Trying to get a relay session in on Tue at Lockerbie.............how does that suit everyone ?

Hi All

Great effort by my team, sorry I couldn’t help, the leg was giving me a bit too much pain, but if I had known we would have got points just for me walking round I would have done.

If I fill an entry form in and pay £15 can Igg become a member and run for our team? I would put her in an ADAC vest, so long as the cats kept out the way she would be fine.

I am at the physio on Tuesday night 5:30, if she says OK I could go straight from there to Lockerbie for 7:00 to make the training night. Best put me down as a “maybe” for the minute. The bloody thing is it is the opposite leg to the one I have been having problems with in the past. The funny thing is I ran 26 miles in London with no problems but I was in pain straight away when doing a 7 miler in Annan, of cause Joe was a long way away when I was in London, the Voodoo magic must of weakened in its travel.

Cazza, team names.............. eerrr, not my strong point literacy, I try to keep to the simple things like putting one foot in front of the other, any suggestion for a team name by members of our team would be greatly received, we could put it to a vote?

The Voodoo only works in Scotland so that's why you were ok .

Seriously I hope it gets on the mend as we need you in the team for KBT half.
