Training 5th March

Training this week is at Annan - a session to suit all whether fresh from a 1/2 marathon or looking for a bit of a workout.

Meet at 6.45 at Tesco car park (NOT Swimming Pool!!!!!) and all will be explained.

Hope to see a good turnout - Joe has a letter from his Mum not to attend.

Ah well at least we won't be saddled with too many runners intent on horsing around.

Looking forward to a wee gallop round the yard at Tesco.

It be odds on stable master Render will spur us into action.
