Without wanting to sound too smug I feel ok - a couple of gentle recovery runs this week has set me up for a bit of a decent run at the weekend before Moffat and the upcoming 10ks at Carlisle and Dumfries!

leg was sore but a bit of hill running last night in the Muckle toon seems to have helped it
