IMPORTANT NOTICE

After todays event Robins still in lead with 249 points but Snowcats clawed back to 20 points behind with 229 points Legends with a bit to do with 190 points

Tuesday's team event ;-

Team leaders get behind your teams every ADAC member running will receive 5 points as well as Winning team i.e. one who runs most laps 30 points
2nd will get 25 points and 3d 20 points

10 minute warm up then 45 minutes of continuous running - each team can have up to 2 members on course at one time each lap is approx 600metres
no member can run more than 2 laps back to back team leaders responsible for keeping count of laps - you mite need a pen & paper -

finish with a 10 minute group jog

High Viz wear an essential although the area is well lit there is traffic please be aware of it. Thankyou

Important - Please check back here later for details on TEAM RELAY RELAY RUN scheduled for tonight Tuesday 6th December - the pavements in Annan at the moment are treacherous if ice forecast for tonight we may have to cancel or go offroad therefore trail shoes would be needed . I will post later this afternoon as to plans.

TEAM RELAY CANCEELED DUE TO WEATHER - DRIVING TO ANNAN FROM AROUND BIT DODGY AS WELL AS CONDITIONS UNDERFOOT SCHOOL FIELD ALSO WATERLOGGED SO HEALTH & SAFETY WE HAVE CANCELLED WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE.
