Burnswalk - Recce?

Two weeks today to the race - will we be able to get a recce next weekend at all?

Either day would suit me but we will need a pathfinder!! Any volunteers?

Andy I think I am busy BG training next weekend so I will have to miss this one out, but if you and Joe recce it I will just do my best to keep you in sight on the race and follow you round.

Just had an e mail from Jim he knows the route and is willing to signpost on the day. I will speak to Mhairi tomorrow and check if a recce run is ok to do. The idea was to park in Kirconnel hall car park on the day but we will have to ask permission - Jose could you maybe look into it or is there somewhere else safe nearby to leave cars that you know off ?

Spoke to Mhairi today and all ok to do a recce run there are no livestock at the moment on the hill . Good idea to meet at usual place by the sawmill Jose if you's can decide a time and day post here and on Facebook. Not sure if I will be there but if you can decide the route and speak to Jim Buchanan he is willing to sign post for us on the 9th.

Only 107??? when I was a bit of a gym bunny before I got into the running I did 700 sit ups and cruches in one session, won a gym comp' in the first to do 200 sit ups, the joys of boxing training when I was a kid. mind you I don't think I could do 100 now.
I am just finish my yoga, yoga for runners and a stone age diet thats the way forward.

Keep it up and you won’t need to run as you will get a job modelling your 6 pack, and with a bit of luck you will be too knacked in a fortnight to
race me and Andy, well we can hope can’t we.
