Suggestion for Tuesday - meet at 6.45pm at Annan Tesco for a hill session in the extended daytime??

The ideal way to prepare for a week in Las Vegas!!!

Sorry guys my Achilles has flared up again after last week’s running, so I am going to have to take the week off to let it settle back down, just light cycling for me this week.Sad

April 16th Training Empty April 9th Training - suggestions?

Anyone got any ideas for a run/venue this week - I'm open to all ideas and bear in mind a few are doing 10m at Longtown at the weekend (good luck if you are cheers ) and a few are away at the moment (Grr!! sunny ) so let's hear any thoughts.......

Suggestions could be to do a recce of a route - Hightae? - or a run at Gretna if Ernie can suggest a gentle route.

Me Andy and Martin are running up White Combe, 8:00am meet in Moffat will be out about 3 hours depending on how deep the snow is, all welcome.

Tomorrow sees the ADAC Roadshow move to Hightae for a group run/recce of the 6m course.

Meet in the middle of the village for a 6.45 pm start
