Training Feb 15th @ Gretna

Training goes to Gretna this week - meet at the railway station @ 7pm - plan is for short(ish) reps over a generally flat course.

It's a good idea Ernie but I was thinking of doing a 3/4 mile rep from the railway station, Victory Avenue, along cyclepath through Mackie field, around teh church and back to station. Only a couple of wee hills in that!!
