Training Jan 24th - Gretna

Just a note to confirm plans for tomorrow - recce run of the Gretna Tri-village route.

Meet at Gretna Football club/Sunday market site for 6.45/7pm.

There was some discussion of doing two laps, perhaps one all together and the 2nd as a tempo run - can discuss tomorrow.

Route is fully street lit but it would be wise to wear hi-vis as usual.
