TRAINING - ANNAN TUE 24th

How about a fun night of team relays (no points)
Some of us are doing the half marathon at the weekend and we could have a good night of relay running rather than the tough reps. You can make it hard on yourself if you wish of course.
Suggestions below.

Sounds like a great idea Joe, how about either the lap of the school grounds which is nice and flat or doing something around the back of the hill?

As you say, we can make it as hard as we want it to be - although the weather will make any kind of running hard work.

Andy ..........there is no way I'm doing anything with you round the back of the hill so don't even think of it !

Right ..............laps of the school/field or summit similar would be fine.
Winds will die down overnight I think.

Sorry Guys I am on a 12 hour shift tomorrow so can't make it. You can have fun round the back of the hill on your own.

Well a fun night was had by down on the shore road.

Team loyalty was questioned though as new a new recruit decided to switch teams half way through the relay runs.

Sneaky yes but good tactics ..............she must be a Voodoo in waiting.
