Training will be in the fine city of Lockerbie on Tuesday.


Meet at the Ponsse car park for 7pm.


The warm up will be followed by a nice hill session and culminating in a fun relay race.

So it seems Plan B is for Joe to ask me to think of something!!



So at risk of getting a similar (non) reaction to the last time I suggested training night how about 6.45 @ Annan Pool - planned session of speedyish reps on Scroggie Meadow possibly extending to the proposed loop for Annan Team relay with suitable warm up and warm downs of course.

Sorry guys and girls I won’t be with you, I had a little jog with Louise tonight and the leg is not right yet, a proper run on Saturday looks out, I might jog round slowly but who knows.
