I second that .
Best of luck to those going up to Edinburgh.
Lots of fluids before and during as well.
Stay in the shade as much as possible too.
Missing you already

Re: Edinburgh full & half marathons
Hi All
We all did ADAC proud
Marathon guys had worst of the heat
Andrew 3.22 Nigel Hall 4.06 and Ernie i think was just behind Nigel ( you can post your time Ernie sorry I didnt catch you at the finish)
I did the half with Nicola I ran 1.41 and Nicola 1.52
Thanks go to you all from me for dragging me out on throughout the winter nights -the Tuesday training nights have made me work hard i was so pleased with my time.
Poor Alan had a disaster he had to pull out at a mile and a half with a calf/achilles pull and was brought to the finish in the sweeper bus but don't worry guys he said he will be back !!
Ta again for all your help and support

Re: Edinburgh full & half marathons
Hi guys
Some super times there, no less than you deserve considering all the hard work you put in, well done to you all.
Just think how quick you could of done if the weather had been more kind
With a time like that can I buy Andy for my team, what is the transfer fee?

Re: Edinburgh full & half marathons
Well done everyone, brilliant running.
I ran the first 10k in 49:16 which explains my finish time 4:17.
Enjoyed my first Marathon and look forward to the next (minus water belt, minus hat, plus Garmin)
