A session on the Lockerbie hill has been suggested for this Tuesday - meet at the Ponsee car park for a 7pm start.

Hope to see lots there.

Lockerbie hill training with a twist.

Expect the unexpected on the hill on Tuesday.

Not letting the secret out until Tuesday but there will be a team race on the night.
