Hi Richard I did this run many years ago I thought about adding it to the champs this year but thought would be best to see how it goes this year also if not enough entries will it go ahead.

Did this again this morning, It's a very gradual rise for the first 2 or 3 miles, gets a bit 'hilly' in the middle, but it's practically downhill the last 4 miles. Worth a go seeing as it's on the doorstep

A quick update on this race. The event was very much a success with over 100 entries and the sun even came out for us. It's certainly good to be spoilt for choice with local races.
