As some of you know, there is a bit of a tradition for convening at a public house after a race for general debrief and banter. As many of you will hopefully be taking part in the Castle Douglas 5 mile run next tuesday night (and others may be watching or supporting), we have managed to arrange for the Sulwath brewery to open on that evening from 7:45-9:15pm, so there is somewhere for everyone to go afterwards for an alcoholic/soft beverage and a socialise. No need for dressing up or showering and anyone will be able to dirct you there as it is very close to the race finish, though obviously some runners (such as Steven Smith) are famed for getting lost in CD anyway.
Anyone and everyone welcome,
Hope to see you there
Love
Jo
PS If you are very lucky Dougie Brown may even bring along a birthday cake

Re: CASTLE DOUGLAS RUN
CD was too much of a logistic nightmare for me too so I did some secret training as well - a lap of Brydekirk loop - I'm almost starting to enjoy running up that hill!

Re: CASTLE DOUGLAS RUN
You let downs, me Jim and Ranjit were the only ADAC members there, is that maximum points for my team. I was slower than last year but made it round in one piece.
