Tuesday training at Annan meet swimming pool 6.45pm short reps - rain and gale force winds forecast so should be interesting !
Following Tuesday is Moffat for hills meet 7pm Boating pond car park.

Training for this Tuesday 9th November 7:00pm at the station car park at Moffat.

I have been out recc’ying some nice big hills for you ………………….luckily for all you who don’t like the hills none of the big ones have lighting on them, so we will have to just run faster up the smaller ones.

Everybody welcome, although we will be on quite roads high Vis’ vests would be a good idea, all Voodoo runners especially welcome.
