This Tuesday night the first TEAM EVENT takes place.
Meet up at Gretna Football Club car park
Time: 6.45 for a 7pm start.

Bring it on !
If I appear a little emotional at the end of this run on Tuesday it will be because I have overcome (mentally and physically) my first real injury in about 103 years ! This was sustained on a cold winter's evening in February ................on this very same course.

Great turnout, good weather, PBs a plenty, demons laid to rest, and Sledgends are the best
Got to say mucho respecto to Andy and Kevin for going sub 19 mins, Andy smashing his previous course record by 31 seconds, and remember this is a night time race.
