Meet Annan swimming pool car park 6.45pm for a gentle jog out to Newbie to refresh our memories of the forthcoming 10 mile route on the 24th ( we wont do the whole 10 mile just show folk where it goes )

A great run folks really enjoyed went on to do my long run for the week so much easier to do with company
