Rather than do a hard session on Tuesday this week with the Festival on the horizon I propose a wee recce run around the Gretna course which is part of the festival. It could be a good idea to refresh your memory or do this for the first time. Either way you can run as fast or as slow as you wish - pretty sure there will be someone running at your pace.
