TRAINING LOCKERBIE MAY 20th 6-45pm at Ponsse car park

After careful consideration this week's training will be a recce run around the Lockerbie loop course which will be familiar to some but not to newer members. If you are racing this weekend you can take it a bit easier however if , like me , you're not able to then you can maybe try 2 faster runs around this 2.7mile loop course. If we all meet at the usual place we can take some cars up to the course - anyone wishing to make it a longer run can run from the town to the course as well (4 miles in total there and back) . Just a suggestion that you might want to jog out to Newbie to see where the 10 mile run goes . The run is on the 10th June and next Tuesday is Gretna 5 mile .
