Next team event is Moffat 4 miler on August 23.

Thanks for the update Andrew, also thank you to Andy for doing the time keeping and a excellent job of working out the handicaps.

I should be OK for next Tuesday although I can only make on of the Festival events.

Good running last night folks - I can't accept the credit for the h/caps - Nicola Top Cat was instrumental in their development and they seemed to work in general - Oliver's card has been marked though after a storming finishing sprint!

I have to say Andy that after managing to catch Carla on the field I thought I was at the front, but then way way off in the distance I saw a white shirt running, I thought that can’a be one of us ADAC runners it must just be somebody out for a jog by the river. However as I ran into the finish I realised that it was one of ours after all, as there was Oliver with a big smile on his face.
