Annan River Run

Well I enjoyed that, there was an element of danger that was strangely exciting, jumping over tree trunks and big rocks. Please excuse my teething with the new watch, but worked it out in the end. Here is the run on Garmin Connect: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/37003239

How do you get that info from your Garmin do you have to register it online ?
I just get it onto my pc but it does not have as much detailas yours

PS i have only had the watch 2 years !

Andrew - sorry have not yet done results will get them to Jim asap and e mail them to you probably too late for this weeks but thats ok

PS I wanted a deduction of 100 points for completing that run without coming into contact with the ground all in favour say AYE !

Next run at Georges - Lockerbie 24th 7pm will be run in reverse from other years for a change see if it is faster that way will be interesting

Cool, and safe to say the distance was 6 miles .

Caroline it sounds like you are you using Garmin Training Centre. Garmin Connect will let you share links.
SportsTracks is another free program used by Garmin users, could be worth a try.

Ernie - just got onto connect Garmin thanks - gosh it's brill just watched a video of my run at Edinburgh pretty even paced what a great tool it is
