Crooked Road...........good luck !

Good luck to those attacking the Crooked Road tomorrow. Stay safe. I cannot risk it myself but hope to be back soon :-( I am positive about running next Sunday and raising over £200 for my great niece's PKU charity. How fit I am will be dependant on how this week goes and me not taking it too fast getting back into the way of it. It's not been easy, however as I am not used to not running. It certainly makes you appreciate the fact that you can. If you wish to guess my time next week you can do so via email and I will get £1 off you when I see you.
