Coach Render is back - 7pm at Annan swimming pool - hope to see a good turnout

Ok - so back to Annan after last week's trip to the suburbs!!
7pm at pool - the suggested session is a ssssssssssssssssnake around the town but any other ideas welcomed. If anyone is not familiar with the snake all will be explained and it's nothing to worry about
