Well I didn’t do the 10 miles, I got a bad case of C.B.A. came back from work and felt too tried, does anybody else he great ideas the night before only to think differently on the following day?

Don't worry Kev I've had a run-less weekend too, a pesky cold has given me a foul mood and a bad case of the muchies!
