Lockerbie Fast Loop = a PB Course
Ran this tonight with Joe and Andy. Joe as the 'hare' give us a rare chance to go past him, yes Boardman was defeated on home soil
Here is my garmin stats before the battery froze: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/43032173
Ignoring the warm up, the action starts at splits 4, 5, and 6. So I ran 18 mins 16 secs including 10 seconds for a slight detour at Millhousebridge. So definitely a P.B. course

Re: Lockerbie Fast Loop = a PB Course
Hey well done to you two tonight.
The hare was caught in the last half mile.
PB's to both of you.
I worked it out at approx 6min42 per mile Ernie and 6 min 17 for you Andy.
Just proves how fast this course is.

Cheers Joe - I enjoyed it, especially your sergeant-major shouting at me in the final 1/2 mile!
(I also managed to get a look at your Lost in Springfield trail - 150m from the junction and you turned back! LOL)

Re: Lockerbie Fast Loop = a PB Course
Right that's 3 initiated into the 2.7 mile club with Kevin giving it a bash this morning.
Hard to get going this early in the morning but 17-42 isn't too bad Kev.
Need to get more people in our club and set up a mid summer mad dash !
Maybe set up a prize for the course record !?!
I think I am going to take up professional pace making.
Andy I learned all of the shouting in Germany when i was visiting family (Army camp).
